Your dedicated project manager stays the same from the first conversation to final delivery; for explainer videos, two feedback rounds per phase are included.

An explainer video takes four to six weeks as standard, from kick-off to handover. A live-action image film needs around four weeks from briefing to delivery, because casting, shooting days and post-production are added — animated corporate videos are often faster. Before that, things move fast: reply within 12 hours, PDF quote within 24 hours.
