Well – health knowledge that resonates. Our five-part video series for the Swiss health platform

Health knowledge that gets through - with Well

The Swiss health platform Well makes health knowledge accessible, understandable and secure. Users receive medically verified information, can book telemedical advice, order medication or check their vaccination status – all in a single app.

Well commissioned us to produce a five-part explanatory video series to communicate this wide range of services in an understandable and intuitive way. Short, concise and clear: the videos pick people up in their everyday lives and show how Well simplifies digital services.

Our mission

Well needed a series of animated short videos that explain medical content in an easy and understandable way. The challenge: healthcare communication is often caught between uncertainty, information overload and technical jargon.

Our task was to translate this complex content into compact, accessible visuals – with a strong focus on motion design, clear processes and a calm, trusting visual world.

All videos follow the same structure:
Everyday problem → digital solution → concrete benefit.
A format that is particularly effective for patient communication.

Motion design as a guiding principle

For the series, we developed a modern, illustrative style that clearly structures the medical content and at the same time makes it pleasantly accessible. Soft shapes, gentle colors and clear figures provide orientation without appearing clinical or distant.

Short text overlays and typographic highlights structure the content, while harmonious animations reinforce the user guidance. The result: videos that convey complex topics clearly in less than 40 seconds.

This style creates calm and clarity, especially in the health sector, where information is often overwhelming.

The five videos at a glance

Video 1: Diseases explained simply – orientation instead of Dr. Google chaos
Many people google symptoms and end up in a maelstrom of contradictory information. Our first video shows how Well provides medically verified content with the “Understand illnesses” function.
Symptoms, causes, treatment methods and decision-making aids such as “When to see a doctor?” provide clear guidance and reduce uncertainty.

Video 2: All about vaccination – the digital vaccination check in seconds
The digital vaccination check is one of the platform’s highlights.
The vaccination check makes prevention easy: a quick look at your vaccination status, answer a few questions and the app will show you any gaps. Anyone who needs advice can book an appointment directly at the pharmacy.
Particularly relevant for travel preparations and flu season. A service that saves time and provides peace of mind.

Video 3: Everything about the Well app – your health in one place
This video forms the heart of the series: it shows how the Well app combines all the important functions.
From the AI-supported search and symptom checker to medication information and prevention recommendations. Everything is medically tested and clearly structured.

This video is the perfect introduction for new users.

Video 4: Skin check – dermatological assessment without a waiting room
Skin changes are quickly unsettling, but the trip to the practice often takes time. The video shows how users can upload photos, answer a few questions and receive an assessment from a dermatologist within 24-48 hours.

A discreet, digital service that enables patients to make clear decisions.

Video 5: Receiving medication – from digital prescription to doorstep
This video guides users through the entire process: check
symptoms, use telemedical advice, receive a digital prescription and conveniently order medication. Whether home delivery or collection from the pharmacy.

Particularly practical if you are simply too unwell to leave the house. This makes healthcare simple and flexible.
