Everyone knows it: There are often longer waiting times in hospital, especially in the emergency room. Nevertheless, you always ask yourself why it is taking so long today.
In order to bridge the waiting time and to explain the background, we have explained the admissions process in an animated way for the waiting patients of the Inselspital Bern.
The special feature of this animation is that it does not need a speaker and still transports the desired messages. Memorable texts are now displayed, which guide the viewer through the video. The animation is rounded off by illustrated characters that sweeten the waiting time.
